Their currently offer four tiers that can be a bit confusing, we would rather see three like most everyone else. They break down as follows: Beginner, Home, Business, Developer. We would normally recommend the top tier plan, which in this case is developer, but at twice the price the only real meaningful difference is a free ssl cert. Some of the plan limits are raised but most users never reach those limits anyway, and a cert can be had for under $30.00. So in this case we would recommend the Business Plan.
